Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Policy

We want you to love your purchase and take pride in the work you receive. Because many items offered through our brands are handmade, custom, or produced in limited runs, return policies vary by product type.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, all digital orders are final sale.

Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not permitted.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital file, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will be happy to assist.

Books

Books may be eligible for return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective.

Signed or personalized books are final sale.

Books damaged in transit may be eligible for replacement or refund.

Handcrafted, Custom & One-of-a-Kind Items

All handcrafted, custom, or one-of-a-kind items — including hats and pyrography pieces — are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Each piece is created individually. Natural variations in texture, color, grain, or burn pattern are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

In the rare event of significant damage caused during shipping, we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate resolution.

Non-Custom Physical Items

Unused, non-custom physical items may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for review.

Returns Process

To request a return or report an issue, please contact us using the form on the contact page and include your order number and details.

Returns or replacements will not be issued without prior approval.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and delivery locations are secure. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping charges to be re-sent.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control once an order has been shipped.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are final sale unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
